Lenore coined the term ” Real Estate Ownership Advocate”.  With more than 30 years of Customer Service experience, she works with a genuine spirit of integrity and excellence, from beginning, middle, and end of every Real Estate Transaction. Originally from Grand Rapids, Mi., she owned and operated 2 successful businesses in Southern California, for 14 years. Lenore has been an Entrepreneur for more than 30 years, currently owning and managing 2 S-Corps as well as holding both Commercial & Residential properties, stocks, bonds and Digital Currency. Both Education and Experience, coupled with Divine Passion and Diligence, has paved a path of success, not only in business, but Most Importantly, in building trusting and long lasting relationships. Before joining Virtual Properties, she owned and managed 3 successful beauty salons. Lenore is an honest, loyal, and diligent worker. A women after God’s own heart. She prides herself in helping her clients make educated decisions and works ambitiously to get the results that her clients desire.

She has partnered with land developers, builders, and investors, in the acquisition of land and Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Using her expert marketing and negotiating skills, she has exceeded the needs of both buyers and sellers in the land arena.  She also works with Investors looking for Fix and Flip, and Buy and Hold. Although Lenore is skilled in executing Commercial and Residential real estate transactions for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors, she also has experience with short sales, bank foreclosures, and Auction properties.

 Personal

Married more than 38 years, to Best friend Billy. It has been an amazing honor and a blessed journey. Together, they are the proud parents of 3 successful, adult children, 1 lovely and successful daughter-in-law, from Australia, and 2 adorable grandchildren. She believes in having her priorities in order, God first, family second, and her career third. This order has brought nothing, but blessings.
