Last year saw a huge shift in the real estate market. That was not necessarily a bad thing. The previous market was very much in favor of sellers with homes selling for far more than they were worth. It’s much more balanced now. Buyers have negotiating power again and sellers are receiving 99% of their asking price (although about 15% lower than last year). Not bad!
